Are you always on the lookout for activities to keep your kids engaged and entertained? We have curated a few activities that you can do with your kids. The best part: most of them are inexpensive or free.
Flashcards by Early Birds
This card game includes 40 cards featuring 40 common Indian birds. Kids between 3 to 15 years old can play different age-appropriate games with just one set of these cards. These cards are available in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada. To buy the cards or explore how to use them, visit Early Bird Flashcards.
(Also, check out other activities such as jigsaw puzzles and outdoor games by Early Bird on their website.)
Nature Bingo by Nature Classrooms
This activity is a personal favorite of ours. The Nature Classrooms team has created free-to-download Nature Bingo sheets. Just print them out and hand them over to the kids. Ask them to find the animals, birds, and plants on the sheets. Try this activity with kids and see how it changes them! You can download these sheets from Nature Bingo Sheets.
Wonder of Birds by Early Bird
We recommend this course not just for kids, but for adults too! Wonder of Birds is a self-paced online course created by Early Bird. This course is very different from usual online courses. Firstly, it is free. Secondly, the videos are just 2-3 minutes long and contain a lot of interactive content. Try it once and open the magical door of birds for your kids! You can access the course at The Wonder of Birds.
These are just a few activities; share your favorites with us, and we will add them to this list!
